This is for a request by jandq306 at MTS. This is Riverside Hospital (http://www.opacity.us/site100_riverside_hospital_north_brother_island.htm). Or at least the Sims version of it. The lot is a 6x6 residential lot with three buildings. The main building has a built in basement with a morgue and pharmacy and a , a waiting room, a cafeteria,, 8 patient rooms and two nurses stations, as well as a two story Conservatory. The second building in includes housing for hospital staff and the third building is a medical library that is supposed to have a doctors office on the second floor. You will need some kind of hack that allows more than 8 Sims on a lot if you intend to use it as a hospital. The lost costs 333,670 dollars if installed fully furnished.

Okay so I am Deestar- I create custom content for Sailfinsims.Com. The main purpose of this journal is to act as repository for my older content (lots and walls from TSR, older meshes etc)and to give people an idea of what I am currently working on. I will also post my Sims stories and screenshots here as well.

I create in almost all areas for Sims 2. I do lots, Sims, recolors of Bodyshop/Bu/Build Mode content, defaults (eyes and clothing so far), and am in the process of learning to mesh. My style is a little bit Victorian, a little bit Shabby Chic, a little but urban, a little bit Goth and a little bit Grunge (aka I go wherever impulse takes me) In terms of Sims 3 content creation, I don't do much beyond lots and Sims atm, although I am learning how to create patterns.


You can post requests here on my Dreamwidth as Sailfinsims does not currently have a requests section. All content will be uploaded via Mediafire so even if I f-lock some entries, downloads will always be available to the public.
